Out of all types of love; , the love between two friends is the most beautiful. It is the purest kind of love that a person can experience.  Love is when you find a person in your life who will love you even if your face gets deformed or if you lose all your teeth. If you find such a person, it means you have got yourself a best friend or as the rest of the world would say it, “bff”. Best friends are the ones who understand every bit of us, they are the ones who never judge our craziness but instead, join us to embarrass themselves as well. People say that the road to success is a long road. I would have to say the same incase of true friendship. Now all of you take a moment and think about what I’m about to say next. When we first start making friends during pre-nursery, we feel that we have found our best friends for life. However, as we grow older we realise the differences we have with them in terms of perspective and personality. As we grow older and get more matured, we tend to look for friends who we can relate to.more with. This is exactly the reasonwhy I feel that the road to true friendship is just as long as the road to success.

People come and go from our lives but friends are those who, they stay forever. Sometimes, when we’re down, we feel that maybe staying alone is what we require. But deep down, we all yearn for some kind of companionship. If at that point of time, someone comes and sits beside us just to make us not so that we don’t  feel lonely, nothing makes us feel better, not even an entire tub of ice-cream.

Have anyone of you ever thought about how weird true friendship is? I’m sure all of you are confused as to why I said this out of the blue. I’ll explain why. There’s a Chinese proverb that says, “ A bosom friend afar brings distant lands near”. It means that true friends, no matter how far they are, are able to fill your spirits. This is so incredibly true and bizarre because just imagine having a person in your life who can lift up your mood even from the other side of the world. It is just so fascinating!

I would like to conclude by saying something I’ve said before but would say a thousand times if required; there’s no love better than the love between two friends.
